- Total Cultivated Area: Out of its total land, 3,187 hectares are dedicated to oil palm cultivation.
- Integrated Complex: The Masai site includes an on-site palm oil mill, a kernel crushing plant, and a refinery, allowing for rapid processing of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) to maintain oil quality.
- Production Capacity: The palm oil mill operates at 60 metric tons per hour.
- Estates: Key land titles under the group include the Keck Seng Oil Palm Estate (348.31 ha), Tong Hing Estate (663.71 ha), and Lim & Lim Plantations Bhd (839.70 ha).
